Refund Policy
At Nour As-Sakina, we place great importance on our customers' satisfaction.
Refund Conditions
A refund may be granted in the following cases:
- The product received is defective.
- The product received is damaged during transport.
- The wrong product was sent to the customer.
- The product received does not match the order placed.
Any refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
The customer will need to provide the necessary information to process their request, including photographs of the product concerned if necessary.
Refund Procedure
Once the request has been approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be credited to the card or payment method used during the order.
Refund Period
Refunds are generally processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the timelines applied by the card-issuing bank or the financial institution concerned.
Non-refundable Products
No refunds will be granted for:
- Products used or damaged after receipt.
- Order errors made by the customer.
- Requests made after the 14-day period following receipt.
