Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

At Nour As-Sakina, customers can request to cancel their order as long as it has not been processed or shipped.

All cancellation requests must be sent as soon as possible to:

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

In this case, the customer should refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is accepted before the order is shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 10 to 45 business days, depending on the processing times applied by the card-issuing bank.

Non-Cancellable Products

Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.

Protection of Payment Data

Nour As-Sakina does not store, sell, share, or transmit customer credit or debit card information to third parties.
